Need a New or Replacement Employee ID Badge?

Our Department will assist you.  Please see details below.

All badges are issued by appointment only. Please contact (757) 393-8606 to set up your appointment.

New Badge
New badges for new employees are free of charge.  Profiles for new hires must be input into the system prior to our department issuing a badge.  New hires, please call (757) 393-8606 prior to coming to get a badge to ensure your profile has been added.

Replacement Badge
If your badge becomes worn, your proximity tag stops working, or it is loss/missing, you may receive a replacement badge.

Employees must turn in old badge prior to receiving replacement badge
•There is an $8.00 fee for lost/missing badges (fees are non-negotiable)
•We can only accept money orders which must be paid prior to receiving replacement badge (cash and personal checks are not accepted)Money orders should be made payable to Portsmouth Public Schools

Badge Hours
Monday - Friday
7:30 A.M. to 11:50 A.M. or
1:15 P.M. TO 3:15 P.M.
